Join us for our first Check Your Bits Workshop for 2025 here in Christchurch to be empowered about your health and wellbeing and learn the simple life saving habit you should implement today!!
The workshop goes for around an hour and will include:
- Welcome and intro
- Tamara’s story
- Basic Breast Anatomy
- Common Breast Abnormalities
- Signs and Symptoms of Breast Cancer
- Risk Factors of Breast Cancer
- How and when to perform a Breast Self Check
All for less than the cost of a health related appointment!
