Stories you share. If you submit a story on our Your Story page, we store the text you provide. Stories are anonymous – we do not ask for your name or contact details, and we ask you not to include them.

Contact enquiries. If you email us, we hold your email address and message so we can reply.

Orders placed through our shop are processed by our e-commerce provider. Your payment and delivery details are handled by them under their own privacy policy – we never see or store your card details.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will sort it.
